It's back!
And WHY?
Because of request after request from audience members who saw it last year and after requests from Twelfth Night Theatre patrons who missed it!.
A third and really wonderful reason for the May/June restaging of DAD'S ARMY is an invitation from the Bruce Mason Theatre in Auckland to present this musical comedy as the centre piece of their June Festival - The Best of British. This is a huge honour for Brisbane and Twelfth Night Theatre.
The stage show has of course played London and the UK.
All of your favourite characters are live on stage - Captain Mainwaring leads his troops in the vigorous defence of Good Olde England.
The stage show also includes the music of the times, the war songs, the nostalgia and the exuberance - all are part of this wonderful show.
JON ENGLISH is back
No musical comedy is complete without the mayhem and madness of Jon English. Meet him again on stage.
And of course, with Jon English on board, the finale sing-along..... well it's uncontrollable.
